Hydroponics is a method of growing plants using minerals, nutrient solution in water without soil. We manufacture hydroponic system using Nutrient Film Technic (NFT).

Plant growing tray will made up of appropriate sized(300mm) food grade PVC pipe. Plant is supported in a small plastic basket with 90% whole with the roots dangling into the nutrient solution. Distance between each plant will be approx. 1 ft and distance between each growing tray will be approx. 1 ft. Total approx. 300 plants will be accommodated in one green house of size 30x20x13x10(LxWxCHxSH). Nutrition solution is pumped using low pressure submersible pump into the growing tray and flows over the roots of the plants, and drains back into the reservoir. Constant and shallow flow of nutrition solution is maintained Dark colored nutrition reservoir is used having size large enough to hold all of the nutrition solution in the system in addition to the nutrition solution in the reservoir itself. Automated nutrition feeding system and water supply line should be given. Online monitoring of dissolved oxygen, PH, temperature and electrical conductivity of nutrient solution will be done.  PH value is controlled automatically. Also continuous monitoring of Temperature, RH, Co2, oxygen, PAR will be done inside green house.
