Aeroponics is the process of growing plants in an air or mist environment without the use of soil or an aggregate medium (known as geoponics). The basic principle of aeroponic growing is to grow plants suspended in a closed or semi-closed environment by spraying the plant's dangling roots and lower stem with an atomized or sprayed, nutrient-rich water solution.[1][not in citation given] The leaves and crown, often called the canopy, extend above. The roots of the plant are separated by the plant support structure. Often, closed-cell foam is compressed around the lower stem and inserted into an opening in the aeroponic chamber, which decreases labor and expense. Component of Aeroponic system
Main chamber, Grow chamber, Solution chamber for nutrient mixing, Nutrient recycling reservoir, Pump, Sprinkle and fogging system, Venturi Injector, Solenoid valves, Digital timer, PH sensor, Water temperature sensor, Data logger, SCADA
We manufacture different sized aeroponic system depend on number of plant to be equipped. Nuttrition solution will be injected to the root of the plant via hydro-atomizing spray jets. For fixed interval and duration. Online monitoring and control of PH, temperature and electrical conductivity of nutrient solution will be done through microprocessor based SCADA system.
